Sue Iles — Sales Director

Sue began her estate agency career in 1997, working for Abbott and Frost Estate Agents in Burnham-On-Sea. In 2000, she was given a twelve month sabbatical and moved 4,000 miles away to the United States. There, Sue pursued her ambition to sell real estate in Florida, thriving on the challenge of selling new build condominiums for Century 21 in the Indian Rocks Beach area. Returning to the UK in 2001, and to Abbott & Frost, Sue was quickly promoted to Senior Negotiator - however the chance to build a business of her own with husband Neil Jenkin proved irresistible. On July 1st 2002, just six weeks after the birth of their daughter Anna, their new estate agency Annagram Property Services opened for business in Axbridge. The Company later joined Team, a network of independent agents, and in the years that followed, Annagram grew from one office to multiple offices. In 2012, Annagram joined forces with CJ Hole and now operate a network of four CJ Hole offices in Somerset, from Worle in the north to Bridgwater in the south. Sue is one of two hands-on Directors, whose responsibilities include Sales, Personnel and Health & Safety matters, and coordinating our successful Apprenticeship programme. Sue also takes day to day responsibility for the running of the Cheddar and Wedmore Sales Offices - along with her committed team of colleagues.
