CJ Hole’s Redfield branch will be selling a hugely exciting new development of properties at The Chocolate Factory in Greenbank, Bristol.
The 140-home project from Generator South West is set to launch this autumn at the site of the much-loved former confectionery factory in BS5.
The scheme comprises:
- 140 new homes, 15,000 sq ft of commercial space and a new central square
- 36 one and two-bedroom apartments available via shared ownership
- 104 one and two-bedroom apartments and three and four-bedroom houses
As well as the open market properties, CJ Hole Redfield will also be selling the shared ownership apartments on behalf of Yarlington Housing Association and these homes are among the first to be released.
As well as a community hub and a new central square, the development also includes easy access to the popular Bristol to Bath railway path.
CJ Hole Redfield Managing Director Chris Hill said: “We’re very excited to have been appointed as sales agent for the Chocolate Factory development.
“The development is modern and forward-thinking, but also retains the industrial heritage of the site and compliments the area’s rich history.
“We’ve been selling homes in Bristol for more than 150 years, so our experience in the local area is what made CJ Hole the stand-out candidate to sell these amazing new properties. We can’t wait start viewings.”
Jason Schofield, Development Director at Generator South West, said: “It’s great to be able to announce the appointment of such a highly respected team of residential and commercial agents for this project.
“The Chocolate Factory is an exciting scheme which will provide a vibrant living, working and leisure space for people in the sought-after BS5 community.
“The development’s postcode matched with the standard of living and the amenities on site mean we are expecting there to be a high degree of interest in both the residential and commercial accommodation.”
The first open market homes at the Chocolate Factory will go on sale later this year, with the first completions expected in March 2021.
