Vendor's Comments
Having moved from less than a mile away, what drew us to the property initially was the ability to park both of our cars at the back and the amazing views from the front of the house overlooking nightingale valley. Since having children, we have really enjoyed spending more time playing in the garden, which gets great sunlight throughout the day. This has been the perfect family home for us with lots of space and so much to offer. We have really enjoyed enhancing the property over the last five years. We really get along with our neighbours, who are really friendly and helpful. Both outside the front and at the back on Walton Avenue. This is a great opportunity to get a great family home with a large garden and parking in Brislington which is a rarity.
