Our doors may be closed, but we’re still here for you. In line with government advice on the outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19), all our CJ Hole branches will be temporarily closed until further notice. The health and safety of our staff and customers is, of course, our number one priority. But while we might not be able to see you, we are still here if you need us. The CJ Hole teams are all working remotely, ensuring we can provide continuous support for all our customers. Please email your nearest branch directly through the website and, most importantly, stay safe and healthy during these difficult times

Tips for renting a property

CJ Hole has an extensive range of flats and houses available to rent and to suit all tastes and budgets. Our fully-trained lettings team will accompany you on viewings and we work closely with landlords to ensure our properties are properly maintained.

  1. For peace of mind, select a letting agent registered with a client money protection scheme
  2. Register with your chosen agent and view a selection of properties
  3. Make an offer and complete a holding form - your holding fee will be payable at this stage
  4. Ask about contents insurance – the landlord is not responsible for your personal property
  5. After moving in, take meter readings for gas and electricity and notify suppliers of your occupation
  6. If your property is managed, call your agent to report any maintenance issues- otherwise, call your landlord

We work with our partners at the UK’s most popular property platforms to help sell or let your property quickly.
