In an established family suburb such as Henleaze, having a recognisable and much-liked face heading up an estate agency is key. Tim started the estate agency in 1997 and has worked for CJ Hole Henleaze since 2003. Tim grew up in Westbury Park – just half a mile up the road – and he has two children attending local schools.
