"The uniqueness of 14 Summer Hill and its location are what attracted to us to buy the property and are what have also kept us based there for so many years. The property stood out from others we viewed due to it offering a double-fronted ‘cottage-like’ feel whilst close to the heart of the city. With the property’s warm and welcoming character indoors, and its own slice of paradise in the sun-trapped garden outdoors, it has you covered for all seasons and occasions. The quirky and colour-filled Totterdown, and our friendly neighbours, put a smile on your face whenever you walk out the door (or look out the windows!) and the house has been so convenient for all aspects of our lives. Totterdown offers easy access to and from the city, with Bath Road offering an easy link to Bath, the Portway taking you to the M5 and the M32 to the M4 and beyond. Temple Meads Train Station is also a short walk or cycle away, offering connections nationally.
