Job Description:
C J Hole is one of Cheltenham’s leading Estate Agents and we have an exciting opportunity for
an enthusiastic and confident person to support our busy Sales & Lettings Departments.
Previous experience is an advantage, but not vital as full training will be provided.
Excellent communication skills are essential as the main aspect of this role is to accompany
prospective buyers and tenants around our property portfolio and, on occasion, carry out
front of house duties in our busy town centre office.
You must have a full valid driving licence and your own car.
Basic salary is £12.75 per hour, plus a commission of £25 for each completed sale or tenancy
introduction, £50 for each successful mortgage introduction and 45p per mile business
mileage allowance.
Holiday entitlement of 5.6 weeks (inc. Bank Holidays) pro rata.
